How VideoPrompt handles your data: prompts never leave your device, no account required, anonymous analytics only.
When you use the builder or the local AI generator, all text processing happens inside your browser. Your ideas, prompts and generated content are never uploaded to any server. You can verify this yourself: open DevTools → Network and watch — zero requests carry your prompt data.
VideoPrompt does not require registration and does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information. We have no user database.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, device types, approximate regions). This data is anonymous and statistical — it cannot identify you and is never linked to your prompts. Your prompt text is never transmitted to analytics.
The AI model weights are cached in your browser's storage after the first download so they load instantly next time. You can clear them anytime via your browser's site-data settings. No other data is stored on your device by us.
Our pages may link to external platforms (Sora, Runway, Kling, etc.). Those sites have their own privacy policies. Google Analytics sets cookies for aggregate statistics; you can block them via your browser settings without losing any functionality. This site does not show advertisements.
